Cleaner of lots of self-mobile OVS-25

The cleaner of lots of self-mobile OVS-25 is intended for primary cleaning of grains, krupyany, leguminous cultures, corn, a sorghum, sunflower of impurity as a part of zernoochistitelny units in all agricultural zones.
High quality of work of the Cleaner of lots of self-mobile OVS-25 it is caused by two-level system of cleaning which allows to separate both light, and heavy impurity. Principle of work: In operating time of OVS-25 of our production by means of the electric drive moves along lots of the grain which is subject to cleaning, scraper feeders capture of 5 meters wide move grain to the giving conveyor which gives grain weight to the distributive screw of the feeding device. The feeding device evenly distributes working material on all width of a reception chamber and gives it on the distributor which divides weight into two equal parts and sends it for a purge to air canals. To the air canal air is forced, at the same time the easy fraction is blown and settles in an accumulative chamber. After a purge an air stream initially purified grain gets on the top and lower reshetny camp (the principle of work of both camps is absolutely identical, it is necessary for increase in productivity). The cleared grain weight after sieves gets to the receiver and from is unloaded or in a vehicle body there, or the lots of the cleared production is formed. The separated waste is stored in lots of fodder waste.
