Harvester roll hook-on ZhVP-6,4

ZhVP — 6,4 harvester roll hook-on is intended for bevelling in a roll of grain crops of average and small productivity in a steppe zone for for more optimum load of high-performance combines of the class 'Don', 'John Deere', etc.

The harvester provides:
— laying of a roll of high quality and optimum power;
— high efficiency of work on bevelling and on selection;
— simplification of working conditions of the machine operator

Application of a hook-on harvester of ZhVP - 6,4 allows:
— to lower costs of separate cleaning;
— to exempt part of combines from work with roll harvesters;
— it is more optimum to load transport park.

Equipment:
Reel — five-bladed, dvukhekstsetrikovy, anticoil-processing with metal rollers which provide durability of operation of the mechanism of an inclination of blades.
The reel drive - chain, with use of the safety coupling that ensures trouble-free operation of knot on average and high productivity of grain.
Reducer — conic, ensuring reliable functioning of workers of bodies of a harvester unlike earlier applied cross belt drives.
The shock-absorber — spring, providing ideal copying of a relief of the field with the cutting device.
The compensator — spring, allowing to exclude lag of the right field wheel of a harvester and its traumatizing.
Platform — the metal design executed from a high-quality profile which width allows to place five tapes of the conveyor in one direction that excludes losses by an ear behind a harvester when cleaning tall grain.
The knife clip — regulated, allowing simply and with high precision to sustain a gap between a segment and the anticutting plate, necessary for a qualitative cut of cultures.
The hydraulic system — sleeves of a high pressure which use allows to increase reliability and service life of hydraulics and also to simplify maintenance of highways.

Works in the unit: with wheel tractors of traction classes 1,4 and 2,0 of the hardware (YuMZ-6, MTZ-50, MTZ-80, MTZ-82, etc.)
