Description
Manometers digital DM5002M are intended for measurement of excess and absolute pressure of environments, nonaggressive in relation to stainless steel 12X18H10T and the titan, including serovodorodosoderzhashchy, uncrystallizable liquids, steam and gas, including oxygen, in systems of automatic control, regulation and management of technological processes.
Devices can be used as exemplary (working standards of the 3rd category) when checking working means of a class 0,4-1,5. There is a technique of checking of the digital DM5002M manometer developed and approved in VNIIMS - 5Sh0.283.342MP.
Functional purposes of devices: digital indication of the current value of pressure, transformation of pressure of liquids and gases to the unified current output signal, management of external electric chains by means of the relay (on-off) switchboard. Devices have the standard digital RS-232 or RS-485 interface that allows to automate processing of results of measurement. The touch keyboard on the forward panel of the device allows to carry out: - installation (reinstallation) of range of measurements; - installation of a unit of measure of kPa, MPa, or kgf/cm2; - control of an output signal; - installation (reinstallation) of execution and value of limits (settings) of the switching device; - control of control of parameters of devices; - automatic adjustment of temporary drift (installation of zero); - change of time of averaging of result of measurement and output signal (damping)
Devices conform to requirements of electromagnetic compatibility group II (A) in accordance with GOST P 50746-2000.
